How we use Arthur to manage your property
1. The tenant (You) report the problem via the Arthur app providing a detailed description of what is wrong and some pictures of the problem
2. Our team sees the problem and invites a contractor to the Job
3. The Contractor sees the Job on their Arthur contractor App and accepts the Job.
4.The Contractor contacts the tenant (you) to arrange a day and time to come.
5.The Contractor fixes the issue and problem is now sorted.
